Take a look at tun2socks, part of BadVPN. It allows you to crate a TUN
interface that you can bring up as a normal network link which can use
standard routes.

tun2socks appears as the router on the other side of the link. It takes
the traffic that comes into it and automatically socksifies it and sends
it out to the SOCKS server.

You can have a LOT of fun }:) with this if you use a local SOCKS server
that does routing in that it chooses which upstream SOCKS server to use
based on destination IP. :-D
