Help! When I try to download clip art from microsoft I get one of various
error codes, the main one being Error Code 0x8004022D, saying 'storage for
'My Collections' is corrupted. Compacting the main Clip Organizer catalog may
repair the problem.'

I have tried this & it still will not let me download !

Find Mstore10.mgc and rename it to Mstore10.mgc
It is in a folder similar to this (hidden)
C://Documents and Settings/<<user name>>/Application Data/Microsoft/Clip
Organizer

It might help to empty your temporary cache. In Internet Explorer, tools,
Internet Options, delete, delete files.

What version Windows are you using?
The Mstore10.mgc is a hidden file. The path is
C:\Users\<<user>>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Clip Organizer in Vista.

Go to the Control Panel, Folder Options, View Tab, check "Show Hidden files and
Folders."

Did you compact your Organizer? Start, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools,
Microsoft Clip Organizer. When the Organizer opens, Tools, compact.

Did you empty your temporary cache? In Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet
Options, Delete. You need to delete your temporary files.

Resolved my issue :P

On a computer that is running Windows XP

1. Click Start, click Programs, click Microsoft Office Tools, and then
click Microsoft Clip Organizer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Compact.

On a computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows 7

1. Click Start, type Microsoft Clip Organizer in the Start Search box,
and then press ENTER.
2. On the Tools menu, click Compact.
